In 2008 Crown Valley Brewing and Distilling Company™ revitalized the old Coffman school house and created a state-of-the-art Brewery and Distillery. It houses the 15 barrel Brew House where beer, hard cider and Fizzy Izzy Root Beer™ are expertly crafted. After fermentation and aging the beverages are bottled and packaged in the same facility. Missouri Moonshine Malt Whiskey™ is also produced on-site.
